The Dashboard allows you to keep track of your daily business.
You can easily manage a wide spectrum of information generated in your company.
For instance when a new file generated in file center for you or when a new travel starts it will appear on your dashboard.
Permitted items and general items can be viewed from dashboard.
Items can be be viewed in Daily, Weekly, Monthly Calendar format or items can be listed as well.

File Center allows you to to upload all types and sizes of files with user permission.
File Center Module allows you to upload & download, modify, rename or update.
You can upload multiple files at same to same users and you can track info of your files.
It also allows you to upload files with same filename which allows you to get the the latest modified file.
Items can be be seen in thumbnail or list view.

You can invite other users while you are conferencing with a user.

It will be listed with hit counter.(Most clicked)
Quick Link can be viewed by anyone but only admin user can modify them.
You may submit the most used links in your office for use of everyone.
